Meet the owner, Gwenn Leatherman, DNP-BC
Hi I'm Gwenn the founder and lead NP of H & G ELITE WELLNESS, INC. I founded this company with the vision of a holistic approach to making patients feel better by providing lifelong results.
I graduated as a Registered Nurse (RN) from Frederick Community College in 2009.
I earned my Bachelor's Degree (BSN) at the University of Notre Dame of MD in 2012, and in 2016 completed a Master of Science degree specializing in Family Practice at Shenandoah University.​
Finally, in 2020, I completed a Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP) from Shenandoah University.​
I also own and operate Leatherman Healthcare, an adult primary care practice here in Hagerstown, MD.
About
Christina Quin, CRNP
Hi! I'm Christina, a Nurse Practitioner at H & G ELITE WELLNESS, INC. I joined the team in January 2025, drawn to the mission of helping patients feel truly heard, understood, and supported in their health journey.
I began my nursing career at the Community College of Baltimore County, where I earned my Associate Degree in Nursing. I completed my Bachelor of Science in Nursing at American Public University and went on to earn my Master of Science in Nursing with a focus in Family Practice from Frostburg State University.
I’m passionate about working with women as they navigate hormonal changes, and I also enjoy helping men find balance and improve their overall wellness. My goal is to create a space where every patient feels seen, listened to, and empowered to make informed decisions about their health.
In addition to my role at H & G, I also serve as a Nurse Practitioner at Leatherman Healthcare, providing primary care here in Hagerstown, MD.
